The Building Automation Lead is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building automation systems (BAS) that control and monitor a building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, such as HVAC, lighting, and energy management. The technician ensures that these systems are operating efficiently, providing a comfortable and safe environment for DOS building occupants while optimizing energy consumption.
