Job description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Marketing Automation Manager to join a busy, downtown law firm. This role will work closely with both digital marketing and business development leadership to lead the strategic development of automation programs for the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with legal or other professional services B2B digital marketing who truly understands how to best leverage automation to improve the impact and efficiency of campaigns for BD and marketing teams.

Responsibilities Include:
 • Develop and implement digital and marketing automation strategies for the firm
 • Closely collaborate with the Business Development team to create automated digital communication strategies
 • Take ownership of the automation programs by partnering with the CRM team
 • Oversee website design and content management
 • Manage, mentor, and train marketing staff

Qualifications Include: 
 • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
 • Legal or professional services experience is highly preferred
 • Robust experience working with B2B Marketing Automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, Marketo or HubSpot
 • Adept at data visualization and web analytics tools
 • Strong management and leadership skills
 
Compensation:
 • $146,000 - $180,000 annually

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
