As an HR Director - Engineering within Honeywell Building Automation, you will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting global engineering organizations and leaders. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and executing the people strategy for engineering teams, aligning talent priorities with business objectives to drive innovation, productivity, and growth.

You will partner closely with engineering leadership to enable organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development across a highly technical, global environment. This individual contributor role requires a hands-on, consultative approach to delivering HR solutions that support engineering excellence and business performance.

You will report to the VP, HR ISC, Fin, CX, and operate in a hybrid capacity based in Atlanta, GA.
