GEOINT Source Throughput Analyst - Senior (10+ yrs experience) - Springfield, VA Salary Range: $153k-163k depending on qualifications ​​Clearance Level - TS/SCI (Must be able to obtain CI Poly after hire) Schedule: Shift 1 Candidates must possess the following: 5+ yrs experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection 5+ years of experience managing large multi-source data, sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated client locations Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across NGA, the IC, and DoW as well as build relationships with key NRO stakeholders to support future architecture Ability to help synchronize mission requirements to prevent redundancies, identify conflicts, and review priorities for tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources Ability to ensure new or modified capabilities from National assets are transitioned into operations properly and to lead teams executing integration activities TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph HS diploma or GED Candidates with the following qualifications in addition to the above will receive elevated consideration: Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences. Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials GPC-F Certification Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities. Operational experience with vector data.
