You are responsible for completing your daily route, and paperwork, providing peace of mind & first rate customer service to your customers, retaining and growing your customer base, and attending company meetings. As a member of the Bug Depot Team, you are the face that represents us all. We offer well above the Industry standard hourly rate for technicians in the Columbia, SC area.

Responsibilities
โ€ข Technicians are responsible for Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships
โ€ข Completion of a Monthly Pest Control Route
โ€ข Communicating with the Office and Customers
โ€ข Quoting and Selling Services
โ€ข Conducting Inspections, Monitoring Pest Problems, and Establishing Best Treatment Options
โ€ข Updating Customer Accounts, changes in emails, Cell numbers, etc.
