A Day in the Life:

The Promotional Claims Project Specialist(Temp to Hire) will work closely with the Accounting Project Manager, internal/external users, leadership across multiple departments, and IT. This role will be responsible for monitoring and managing support requests related to current/future Accounting platforms insuring timely issue resolutions and process efficiencies. The Project Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the efficient operation of internal accounting.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Managing Accounting and or related digital platforms. This includes manage, track, and test bug tickets, verify production releases, manage portal access request, and troubleshoot technical issues with end users for Invoice & Samples Portals, plus future Accounting or digital platforms. 
  • Maintain organized records of support request, bug reports, and testing results.
  • Provide and/or manage general end user support via email and/or teams meetings. 
  • Provide support and/or conduct trainings and/or develop materials (SOP's) for Accounting platform end users
Who You Are:
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 1-3 years coordinating projects
  • Minimum 1 year in Accounting 
  • Excel intermediate level
  • Multitasking - Will be required to move between tasks quickly. 
  • Someone that can think outside of the box. Need to be able to recognize discrepancies, not just do the steps of the process.
