Position Summary
The Senior Concessions Manager is responsible for the overall management of concessions operations across assigned venue and service locations. This position oversees event-day and daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with company standards. The Senior Concessions Manager provides leadership and support to concessions managers, supervisors, and frontline staff while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
The Senior Concessions Manager will actively supervise, coach, train, and develop employees to ensure service excellence and successful event execution. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating concessions operations, managing labor and inventory, maintaining vendor relationships, and driving revenue growth while controlling costs and meeting budgetary goals.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional presentation, strong leadership skills, self-direction, and sound decision-making abilities are required.
This role will pay an annual salary of $80,000-$85,000 and is bonus eligible.
Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) savings plan; 401(k) matching; and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).
This position will remain open until September 25, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent execution of service standards, product quality, and guest experience.
  • Manage event-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop concessions managers, supervisors, and frontline employees.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
  • Monitor labor costs, food costs, inventory levels, and operating expenses to achieve financial goals.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic product offerings, promotions, and operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze sales performance, revenue trends, and per-cap spending to identify opportunities for increased profitability.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue growth, labor costs, food costs, guest satisfaction, speed of service, and operational compliance.
  • Manage inventory, product ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies.
  • Conduct operational audits and inspections to maintain compliance standards and improve audit scores.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement action plans to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Evaluate service times and operational workflows to improve speed of service and efficiency.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Partner with leadership to support operational goals, growth initiatives, and new concessions programs.
  • Oversee day-to-day concessions operations across service areas.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 4-6+ years of progressive experience in food and beverage, concessions, or hospitality management.
  • Experience managing operations within large venues such as stadiums, arenas, convention centers, airports, or theme parks strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple outlets, departments, or high-volume operations.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate management teams and frontline employees.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, food costs, and revenue goals.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, team building, and employee development abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and operational reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, alcohol service laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
