Job description

It is our desire at Chick-fil-A West Paces Ferry to be a \home away from home\ for our community. We will strive to achieve this through pursuing excellence in all areas, starting with building a High Performance Leadership Team. The Operations Director role at Chick-fil-A West Paces Ferry will report directly to the Owner/Operator and sit on a team of other Directors. The Operations Director will have full responsibility of their respective area of the business including - but not limited to - growing top line revenue, managing food and labor costs, upholding operational excellence, achieving monthly guests satisfaction and profitability goals, and stewarding leadership development amongst the team. The ideal candidate will have high level leadership experience, a tenacious desire to continuously improve, and a variety of experiences with operations, budget management, and sales.
