Join our team as a Senior Sales Associate, you have the opportunity every day to make a difference in the lives of seniors by selling our community lifestyle to prospective customers. Working closely within the sales team, you will initiate and assist with all customer interactions throughout the sales cycle including telephone sales, in-person appointments, financial interviews, and events.

How you will make an impact

  • Assume a leadership role in both pre-and post-reservation sales processes
  • Assess customers' needs and make decisions on type and quantity of information to provide
  • Meet with prospective residents to evaluate their financial status
  • Conduct sales appointments, provide community tours and handle customer follow-up activities
  • Promote the community and participate in all marketing events and functions
  • Participate in community activities and meetings to enhance the relationship between the sales office and other community departments
  • Produce professional written communication to prospects and organizational partners

What you will need

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12-18 months) preferred
  • Team leader or project leader experience preferred
