What You'll Do:
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers and internal departments by:
  • Providing friendly, responsive support to internal and external customers
  • Managing incoming phone calls and email inquiries
  • Accurately entering customer orders into our system
  • Assisting customers with product or service questions and resolving issues quickly
  • Following up to ensure customer needs are fully met
  • Supporting special projects and administrative tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear written communication
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Odyssey software is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
