What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll blend technical analysis with customer communication to support the full quotation and sales process. Responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing blueprints, patterns, and specifications to estimate weights and prepare accurate customer quotations
  • Obtaining and evaluating quotes from outside vendors as needed
  • Preparing, issuing, and tracking customer quotations, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
  • Managing electronic records, including scanning and storing RFQs and quotations
  • Responding to customer inquiries related to RFQs, pricing, and minor design adjustments
  • Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Administration teams to support shared goals
  • Building your knowledge of foundry processes, business fundamentals, and customer relationship management
  • Maintaining open, professional communication across the organization
  • Performing other related duties as assigned to support business needs

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant work experience and skill development
  • Strong phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including data entry; experience with 2D/3D solid modeling software is a plus
  • Ability to make sound independent decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage interruptions while maintaining attention to detail
