Job description

Can you handle the big ugly?! Bub's Burgers is looking for energetic, organized business leaders who can follow instructions and help improve and maintain our brand. Attention to detail is a must, and you need to be able to smile and enjoy your job! We are looking for the right people to help build teams so we can continue to grow. We need career restaurant managers, not someone who is looking to get a job while continuing to search for another position. We need someone who can successfully run a busy restaurant operation while applying common sense, and at the same time, abiding by our company and brand standards.

We pride ourselves on having a high level of customer satisfaction, and this person must be able to comply with this. Other aspects include quality control, hiring, training, managing, and encouraging young staff, and constantly thinking outside the box on how to grow the business. Lots of potential for the right people! Is this you? Please send resumes to the email listed. Make sure to tell me why you are different, what skill sets make you appropriate for the job, and why we should set up a time for an interview.
