Recruitment Consultant – Brunel Mining Team - Houston, TX


This isn’t high-volume recruiting. This is technical, relationship-driven project staffing in one of the most exciting and lucrative verticals out there: Mining!


Our Mining Team is growing fast and we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives in complex searches, understands project environments, and wants to build a long-term desk with serious upside.

  • You’ll work closely with Account Managers and clients on real, active projects.
  • You’ll build a technical niche instead of chasing volume.

  • You’ll be part of a high-performing, specialized recruitment team.
  • You’ll work both contract and direct vacancies.


What you’ll do

  • Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand project hiring needs.
  • Source talent using creative, direct, and relationship-based recruiting.
  • Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of mining, EPC, and construction professionals.
  • Support contractor onboarding, ongoing care, and redeployment.
  • Hit (and exceed) recruitment targets while building a sustainable desk.


What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience in project staffing recruitment with a background or exposure to EPC, construction, engineering, or mining strongly preferred.
  • Confident communicator who can build trust quickly and work in a team environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset who is competitive, self-driven, reliable and comfortable owning your results.
  • Energized by complex searches, recruiting for best fit talent vs. high volume submittals.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without the need for sponsorship.
