Job description

Location: Miami-Dade & Broward County, FL (Field Sales) 

Job Type: Full-Time

 

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to drive our sports court construction and resurfacing business throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge and sales experience specific to tennis, pickleball, basketball, and padel courts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Generate leads, meet with prospective clients, and close contracts for new court construction and court resurfacing projects.
  • Client Consultations: Travel throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County to meet with homeowners, HOAs, country clubs, and municipal clients.
  • Estimating & Quoting: Assess sites and provide accurate pricing for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and padel court projects, including surfacing, fencing, lighting, and accessories.
  • Project Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the client and our construction crews from the initial sale through project completion.
  • Market Expansion: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities in the rapidly growing racket sports and basketball markets.

 

Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of the materials, dimensions, and construction/resurfacing processes for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and padel courts.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in construction, landscaping, or sports facilities.
  • Technical Skills: Must be 100% computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Box, QuickBooks, and NetSuite.
  • Local Presence: Must reside in or have easy access to Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel daily within the territory.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential).

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Years 1-4: Two weeks (10 days); Years 5+: Three weeks (15 days).

  • Vehicle allowance or gas card will be provided.
