Job description

Fabiano Brothers is seeking a reliable Warehouse Replenisher to join our Bay City team. This role supports daily warehouse operations by receiving shipments, scanning inventory, replenishing pick slots and flow racks, organizing bulk storage, and assisting with order fulfillment. The position works Monday through Friday, starting as early as 4:00 AM, with approximately 7-hour shifts, and requires comfort working in varying temperatures, including cooler or freezer areas.

We offer $17.50 per hour with weekly pay, opportunities for advancement, paid holidays (including your birthday), a Safety & Wellness program, Employee Assistance Program, Working Advantage discounts, and optional health and pet insurance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Forklift experience is preferred. This role requires the ability to lift and move products over 50 pounds, maintain reliable attendance, and follow all safety procedures.
