Now Hiring – Gutter Installation Team MembersCompany: Brothers Gutters – East Houston
Location: Houston & surrounding areas
Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We’re looking for motivated team members to join our growing gutter installation crews. We provide hands-on training, clear advancement steps, and competitive pay as you move up.
General Requirements
  • Minimum 1 years of gutter installation experience.
  • Reliable and punctual; must arrive on time and ready for work each day.
  • Physically able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Positive attitude, ability to take direction, and eagerness to learn advanced techniques.
Technical Skills
  • Familiar with gutter components, hangers, downspouts, and sealants.
  • Safely use basic hand tools and power tools.
  • Assist with material handling, site setup, and debris cleanup.
  • Measure and cut materials accurately under supervision.
  • Maintain clean and organized vehicles, tools, and workspaces.
