Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, or Account Manager in the non-QM space. Bilingual English and Spanish are preferred. Candidate must be able to work on site full time.

Acts as a point of contact for clients with guidelines and questions.

  • Responsible for learning and being a subject matter expert regarding internal guidelines, seller guides, and pricing.
  • Responsible for fielding complex loan scenarios and providing lending solutions.
  • Responsible for handling email and phone inquiries from our internal and external partners.
  • Assists with Loan submissions in the company's LOS. Account Manager within the Nonqm space.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of mortgage product experience: processing or sales experience preferred within the non-QM space.
  • Strong knowledge of product guidelines.
  • Organized and detail-oriented person who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high production level.
  • Must manage a high volume of emails and incoming calls.
  • Familiarity with all MS products
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience with Encompass is highly preferred but not mandatory.
