SullivanCurtisMonroe Insurance Services LLC. is looking to bring motivated salespersons into our Broker Associate Development Program and develop them into successful Insurance Agents. SullivanCurtisMonroe's Broker Associate Development Program provides a mentorship and training program to assist the Broker Associate in building the foundation of their skillset and technical knowledge to achieve their professional goals. SCM's sales management and service teams help to develop, train and mentor our incoming Producers. This Development Program includes training on insurance knowledge, prospecting, the insurance sales process, SCM services and differentiators, and how to craft creative solutions


Duties & Functions

The Broker Associate is responsible for generating new relationships, business opportunities and developing their own book of business. The Broker Associate identifies and develops a pipeline of appropriate prospects via a wide range of activities, including, but not limited to, cold calling, attending networking events, email campaigns, and in-person appointments. The Broker Associate is tasked with discovering our prospect's pain points and engaging with SCM service teams to develop, communicate, and deploy appropriate SCM capabilities and solutions. Pairing our Senior Producers' experience and the strategic deployment of our tailored risk management program services, our Broker Associates successfully create meaningful results for our prospects and clients.


Compensation

Base salary with unlimited bonus potential

Residual commissions upon validation

Reimbursement for mileage, cell phone, training, and other business-related expenses


Qualifications/Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

1-3 years, B2B, outside sales experience required.

Possess a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days.

Strong sales acumen and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Proficient in using technology, including CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and online communication tools.

Ability to learn and understand complex insurance products and industry regulations.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.

Salesforce experience is a plus.
