This role bridges corporate strategy with real estate execution, identifying new markets, evaluating site opportunities, and driving successful geographic expansion. Key Responsibilities Market & Growth Strategy - Develop and execute market expansion strategy - Identify new geographic markets, competitive landscapes, growth opportunities - Conduct market research, demographic analysis, feasibility studies - Build business cases and financial projections for expansion - Monitor growth metrics, market penetration, expansion progress Real Estate & Site Development - Lead site selection: location criteria, market assessment, property evaluation - Manage buy vs.
