Job description

We are currently looking for a Broker Sales Analyst, based in Alpharetta, to join our North American Distribution - Strategy & Field Operations team. This is a hybrid role.

The Impact You Will Have
In this role, you will support growth and retention within the North American Distribution team by leveraging data, technology, and analytical tools to generate actionable insights. You will support sales operations, broker relationships, and business development initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to improvements in data quality, tools, and processes.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using AI, Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to support Distribution activities, including timely production of leading KPIs and broker analysis
  • Analyze data across brokers, lines of business, and zones to identify trends, surface actionable insights, and highlight growth, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities
  • Maintain and improve data quality in SFDC and across systems; oversee administration of sales-related data and ensure outputs are clear, relevant, and usable for stakeholders
  • Monitor and support effective use of SFDC, including data exchange with corresponding systems
  • Support Distribution priorities and strategic initiatives, including business pipelines, broker insights, and the Originate > Execute > Retain framework
  • Leverage AI and machine learning - including the creation of AI agents - to enhance sales forecasting, pipeline management, and decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data utility, and reporting processes; support continuous improvement of tools and workflows
  • Proactively communicate progress, issues, and deviations from agreed plans, and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders

What You'll Bring to the Role:
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with AI tools, including the ability to build and deploy AI agents
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and visualization
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (application, objects, reporting, and dashboards); familiarity with related systems such as A+, Amanda, Spinnaker, or WINS is a plus
  • Understanding of P&C insurance industry standards and terminology

General Skills
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging colleagues at all levels across the organization

Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, business development, or a related analytical role; insurance or financial services experience preferred but not required

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics (quantitative), Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

The annualized base pay range for this role is $62,884 - $95,107. The annual base salary range represents nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
