At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

At least 7 years of experience as a Storage and Backup Administrator

Excellent working knowledge on EMC VNX, NetApp, Symantec NetBackup.

Expertise in Brocade and Cisco MDS fabric Switches.

Experience in using Storage and Backup infrastructure Management and Monitoring tools.

Knowledge in resolving Storage Incidents and performance related issues

Strong communication skills required (oral and written)

Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)ย 

Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects
