By using compassionate and trauma-informed care approaches, you will help clients navigate their situations and empower them to cultivate resilient paths forward.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social and economic justice, community resources, and trauma-informed care approaches is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and problem-solving abilities are crucial to effectively support our diverse client population.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience within a social service agency or similar environment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with case management software and electronic health record systems will set candidates apart.
  • Evidence of continued education and personal development in areas related to mental health and social services is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), a retirement plan with employer matching contributions, generous paid time off including vacation, personal days, and holidays, as well as opportunities for ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
