Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette (PPCW) is hiring a Back Office Clinic Assistant to join our Beaverton Health Center team.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be part of the clinical team supporting patients through their visit and helping create a safe, respectful, and efficient experience.
On a typical day, you might:
  • Room patients, take vital signs, and prepare them for their visit
  • Support providers during exams and procedures
  • Assist with lab work, including specimen collection and processing
  • Clean, stock, and prepare exam rooms and instruments
  • Answer patient questions and help them feel informed and at ease
  • Work closely with your team to keep the clinic running smoothly

You'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality sexual and reproductive health care while helping ensure every patient is treated with dignity and respect.
Schedule & Location
This is a part-time position (30 hours/week) at our Beaverton Health Center.

Pay & Growth
$20.37 - $29.68/hour
Pay is based on experience and internal equity, with opportunities to grow over time.
Additional Pay Opportunities
  • Bilingual premium: +$1.72/hour
  • Interpreter-level premium: +$3.44/hour
  • After 6 months, you may be eligible for additional clinic responsibilities that include extra hourly pay
