Dentist / Oregon Adventure Coast - North Bend/Coos Bay
Out of State Relocation Package to North Bend, Coos Bay, OR

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintain full appointment schedule for office practice

  • Meet patient needs as they arise

  • Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment techniques and delegates and refer care as appropriate

  • Provide a full range of general dental services within the dentist's defined scope of training

  • Obtain and record client's dental health history; evaluate patients' intraoral & peri-oral hard and soft tissue condition; including caries, endodontic/periodontal pathology, soft tissue, and developmental pathology

  • Develop patient treatment plan; including preventive, endodontic, periodontal, restorative, follow up care and maintain client charts

  • Provide and prescribe medications within area of specialty

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited dental school with a Degree in Dentistry; DDS/DMD

  • Unrestricted License in State of Oregon

  • Current DEA Certificate without restrictions

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to be credentialed with Medicaid, Medicare, private and other insurance

  • Demonstrated commitment to high quality health care for low income, ethnically diverse populations
