• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, including initial screenings and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans addressing clients' specific concerns and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to promote effective healing and personal growth.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for each client, including regular case reviews and communication with other professionals.
• Educate and involve family members in the therapeutic process, providing resources and support to enhance their understanding and aid in recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and therapy sessions while adhering to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on experience and certifications.
