Position Overview

Willow Bridge Psychotherapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for licensed professionals—including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)—to provide high-quality mental health care to individuals seeking support in overcoming various mental health challenges.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to practice from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Our operational model is designed to facilitate convenience—utilizing a state-of-the-art Counselor Portal that serves as an all-in-one platform for scheduling, client management, and therapy delivery. In addition, all administrative duties, including billing and paperwork, are handled by our team, maximizing the time you can spend offering care to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to assist clients in improving their mental health.
• Facilitate discussions with clients surrounding their emotions, life experiences, and relationships, helping them gain insight and self-awareness.
• Act as a supportive advocate, assisting clients in defining and pursuing their personal goals for mental health improvement.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health status, designing and implementing treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies and personalized approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents dealing with various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering long-term positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California. Candidates with dual or multi-state certifications are highly preferred.
• A strong foundation in clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills.
• Independently motivated with a comfortable home office environment that adheres to privacy regulations.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience managing a diverse caseload of clients, with a focus on individualized client care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and methodologies relevant to mental health treatment.
• Adeptness in utilizing technology for telehealth counseling and client management.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus of $3,000, alongside a healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
