• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to identify clients' needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique dynamics of marriage and family therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver comprehensive care that supports client recovery.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, fostering a deeper understanding of the healing process and its impacts on various relationships.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Our clientele consists of individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to interpersonal conflict, life transitions, mental health crises, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, each with their unique narratives, allowing you to make a tangible impact on both individual lives and family units.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
• Empathetic, nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences, fostering a supportive atmosphere for healing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing therapy to families or couples, particularly in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application in treatment.
• Knowledge of local resources and support systems to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, contingent upon experience and certifications.
