Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to identify clients' needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique dynamics of marriage and family therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver comprehensive care that supports client recovery.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, fostering a deeper understanding of the healing process and its impacts on various relationships.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists of individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to interpersonal conflict, life transitions, mental health crises, and trauma. Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, contingent upon experience and certifications.
