  • May be assigned to a project or organizational team, or as a lead engineer for a specific group of bridges on small to large-size projects.
  • Provides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering disciplines including Geotechnical, roadway, environmental, and drainage teams.
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement through innovation, creative thinking and improved results.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative and productive relationships with all employees, clients and other stakeholders.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • 8-12 years or more of related work experience with bridge engineering design
  • BS in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis is required
