This role is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. We provide an easy-to-use counselor portal that integrates scheduling and case management, minimizing administrative burdens and allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients achieve their mental health goals. • Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance clients' mental well-being.
• Facilitate a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and personal narratives, guiding them towards self-discovery and improved relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, partnering with them to define achievable goals and navigate their mental health journeys.
• Regularly assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical findings and therapeutic outcomes, while adhering to a solution-based approach.
• Document client interactions clearly and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with organizational and state regulations.

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals managing anxiety and depression to those navigating complex family dynamics and trauma. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) to practice independently in California; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions or provisional licenses.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for remote counseling and case management.
• A dedicated workspace conducive to maintaining privacy and confidentiality in therapy sessions.

• Experience managing a personal caseload effectively, with an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster empathetic relationships with clients.
• Certifications in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are a plus.
• Multi-state licensure is advantageous due to the diverse reach of our service offerings.

Willow Bridge offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 based on your hours worked. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus of $3,000, along with a monthly healthcare stipend for our full-time therapists.
