Job description

CAD Designer

Troy Bankord Design is looking for an individual possessing the following qualifications for fill-in work:  

Proficient in AutoCAD, Cad, SketchUp, Photoshop, Rhino and perhaps working knowledge of Land F/X and Adobe Suite. Position requires basic knowledge of landscape/interior design, site measuring, photography and the gathering of project details… planting design and knowledge of acceptable plants for the Palm Springs, LA & Southern California areas. 
Position will require site visits, measuring projects (homes and businesses) and developing base plans in AutoCAD for design development. Will be responsible for drafting design and creating final presentation-style drawings. You will work directly with the lead designer, providing both design solutions and assistance to the overall design. 

Proficiency in 3-D rendering and AI preferred.  
Must have laptop computer with appropriate programs (noted above). 
Requirements: Knowledge, education or previous working experience within the landscape and/or interior design field. Reliable transportation.
