Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • As a receptionist you will greet and direct visitors, vendors and family members of residents.
  • You will answer telephone calls to the main telephone for the facility.
  • You will accept applications for employment from Candidates and notify the Director of Nursing or designee of the applicant's presence.
  • You will type facility log sheets.
  • You will provide clerical support services as assigned.
Requirements
Receptionist Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Type 45 net words per minute.
  • Passing score on Assessment Survey Test.
  • One year experience preferred.
