Lead Breakfast Server
Full-Time | Morning Shifts

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Breakfast Server to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hospitality, and is ready to lead by example during our morning service.

Position Overview

The Lead Breakfast Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting front-of-house operations during breakfast service. This role includes mentoring staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth, efficient service each morning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the breakfast service team during daily operations
  • Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
  • Ensure consistency in service standards, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new servers
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Oversee opening duties and ensure readiness for service
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
Qualifications
