Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking Retail professionals to join our team at The Breakers. The ideal candidate will be friendly, motivated, and service-oriented with previous sales experience in the retail industry. As a Retail Associate, you will work in a variety of retail outlets and will be expected to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting merchandise that best fits their needs and preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Build and maintain client relationships to increase customer loyalty and sales.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well presented.
- Complete tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
