WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead Great Shifts

  • Open and close the shop with confidence
  • Delegate tasks, assign breaks, and keep service flowing smoothly
  • Stay calm during rushes and help the team succeed.

Deliver Excellent Hospitality

  • Make sure every customer feels seen and welcomed

Support & Develop the Team

Keep the Shop Running Smoothly

  • Follow cash-handling, security, and key-holding procedures
  • Operate Square POS, including special transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization standards

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A reliable, people-first leader who enjoys supporting others
  • Experience leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (prior shift lead or supervisory experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a calm presence under pressure
  • Availability for late nights, weekends, and peak summer months

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $28.00/hr, with room to grow
  • Pay growth: A 1%–2% merit raise for every 1,800 hours worked, plus an annual cost-of-living adjustment based on the Seattle CPI
