We’re looking for energetic and detail-oriented Food Runners/Expos to ensure dishes are delivered quickly, accurately, and beautifully presented to our guests. This role is a vital link between the kitchen and the dining room, helping us maintain the high service standards our guests expect.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring correct presentation
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to coordinate orders
  • Assist with garnishing or final plating touches before food leaves the kitchen
  • Confirm that orders are complete and meet quality standards before delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo and service areas
  • Assist servers with refilling beverages, bread service, and clearing plates as needed
  • Provide quick responses to guest requests or questions via the server team
  • Support the overall flow of service during busy periods

Qualifications

  • Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
