The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously, and efficiently in accordance with company standards. Assists in the maintenance of the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists. Directs, implements and maintains a philosophy congruent with Company culture, which services as a guide to all staff members.
