Overview Senior Product Management

As a Senior Product Management (Product Owner), you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for digital products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver high‑impact solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Your Impact
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, understanding their pain points, behaviors, and preferences to drive product innovation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize and deliver high‑impact features and enhancements.
  • Lead agile product development, working with Scrum teams to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterating based on data‑driven insights.
  • Champion a customer‑centric approach, ensuring that all product decisions are driven by user research, feedback, and market trends.
  • Work with stakeholders to define success metrics and continuously optimize the product to meet business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Act as a thought leader, influencing and educating teams on best practices in product management and agile methodologies.
Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful digital products.
  • Expertise in agile product development, with experience working as a Product Owner in Scrum or SAFe environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to work closely with design teams to create intuitive and engaging products.
  • Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, digital trends, and customer experience best practices.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Pay Range: $120,000-$165,000
