Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations and ensuring performance aligns with safety, quality, compliance, and production goals. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Technical teams to optimize equipment, processes, and output.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets
  • Monitor output and adjust processes, staffing, or equipment to improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper operation of equipment
  • Train, coach, and support production team members
  • Partner with QC, Technical Services, and Engineering to drive process improvements
  • Prepare and review production reports to identify and resolve issues
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership and team supervision experience
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work non-standard schedules as needed

Work Environment
  • Primarily manufacturing/production setting
  • Moderate noise level
  • Requires standing, walking, and occasional light physical activity

Salary Range: $97,600 - $107,000
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
