Job Type: Full-time Days

Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Candidates

Schedule: 5x8, Monday-Friday, Varying Start Time 6a-8a, No On-Call, No Holidays

Outpatient Surgery RNs enjoy an environment of learning and growth through cross-training across multiple areas (Pre-Op, Post-Op and Endo) including floating to the main hospital when needed. You will support the recovery of patients from 10 operating rooms with service lines that include Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Ear Nose and Throat, Neurology and Podiatry.

A Outpatient Surgery Center RN who excels in this role:

  • Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.

  • Documents patient care provided.

  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.

  • Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts as schedule changes frequently.

  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred

  • Certifications: BCLS, ACLS and PALS required upon hire

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year bedside nursing required; OR Circulator nursing preferred
