White Whale Marketing is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Entry Level Business Sales Trainees. This role is perfect for anyone looking to build hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business development within a supportive and growth-focused environment. You will work directly with customers and client partners, learning the fundamentals of sales while helping expand brand presence and drive new business opportunities.


This is a fully onsite position.We are currently seeking local candidates who are available to start ASAP.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers through clear, confident communication
  • Participate in team meetings, skill-building workshops, and collaborative planning
  • Learn and understand client products and services to represent them accurately
  • Support sales presentations, new customer onboarding, and outreach efforts
  • Assist with promotional initiatives and brand awareness strategies
  • Track progress, follow up on leads, and contribute to team goals
