Key Responsibilities
  • Steward and cultivate the organization's brand image and identity system.
  • Lead brand training initiatives and provide expert counsel to internal stakeholders, continuously improving engagement processes.
  • Ideate, define, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide brand assets, including essential tools and templates.
  • Guide brand application across diverse communication channels and manage the organization's identity website, ensuring brand standards are current and accessible.
  • Forge strategic relationships across the organization to cultivate brand ambassadors and enforce consistent brand adoption.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of brand adoption efforts, using insights to inform future strategies.
  • Develop and present recommendations to strengthen the brand's presence and impact.
  • Manage trademarks and licensing to protect the organization's intellectual property.
  • Guide the development and revision of brand guidelines, adapting to evolving communication landscapes and stakeholder needs.
  • Design and deliver engaging brand trainings to foster widespread understanding and adoption of brand principles.
  • Evolve and maintain a comprehensive brand asset inventory, conceiving and producing new solutions to meet internal stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with key internal partners to refresh and maintain the brand portal, promoting the use of brand standards and tools.
  • Monitor best practices in brand health and develop tactics for continuous enhancement.
  • Partner with leadership to strategically evolve the brand.
  • Oversee and provide expert counsel to internal stakeholders via the brand inquiry channel, supported by the brand strategy team.
  • Lead projects from strategy to production, collaborating with the central communications team and strategic partners to advocate for the brand internally and externally.
  • Guide internal constituents, partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure the best expression of the brand across all channels, promoting consistency and managing projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Develop recommendations to safeguard the long-term health of the brand based on collaborative partner work.
  • Partner with the central communications team and internal stakeholders on brand and creative projects that elevate awareness for the enterprise-wide brand or sub-brands.
  • Lead and/or shape high-profile brand opportunities and initiatives as needed.
  • Contribute to central communications team priorities and projects as assigned.

  • Strong project management and budgeting expertise, with experience planning and leading projects within budget and scope.
  • Advanced client services and persuasive communication skills, including comfort presenting at the executive level.
  • Proven diplomacy and persuasive communication expertise; experience influencing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects and responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience working collaboratively with creative resources, external agency resources, marketers, and project stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting trainings and/or delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including virtual presentations.
  • Proactive and independent problem-solver with a hands-on work ethic; a true self-starter.
  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships with team members, internal partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Comfortable with both design conception and production-level execution; familiarity with both print and web-based creative applications.
  • A high aesthetic level and clean design style, with prior experience working with visual brand systems.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; project management and/or creative software tools are a plus.
  • Thorough analytical and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and political acumen skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a brand, marketing, and/or agency environment.
