Job description

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing to establish marketing goals and objectives that will expand the credit union's share of market, ensure the profitability of products and services, and support the credit union's strategic initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Marketing team. Establish goals and objectives for direct reports and provide coaching and mentorship to maximize performance levels and individual growth.
  • Serve as primary collaborator with leaders of other functional areas to develop effective marketing plans to support sales objectives needed to meet KPIs.
  • Forecast and earmark the approved budget based on the marketing plan so the credit union achieves department-level and enterprise-level goals. Effectively monitor the Marketing budget with periodic projections to confirm all expenses are accurately tracked.
  • Work collaboratively to create and implement marketing campaigns to achieve the objectives of the credit union strategic plan. Supervise the execution of campaigns and promotions, including identification of goals, selection of targeted segments, concept development and design, production of promotional materials and other deliverables, communications to the appropriate staff, and distribution of supplies and materials to branch network.
  • Governs and protects the Addition Financial brand. Develop design strategies based on the style guide to enhance and ensure consistency of the credit union brand in the marketplace and across all media. Directly oversee the voice, style, functionality, branding, and content of the credit union's website, social media presence and other digital channels. Partner with appropriate stakeholders to present a unified brand image and message across all channels.
  • Measure activities, evaluate and document the success of marketing campaigns by analyzing and reporting on the results including the return on investment (ROI).
  • Supervise preparation of credit union communications, including newsletters, brochures, website content, promotional materials, the Annual Report and others. Work with content creators internally and externally to ensure messaging in all channels is on-brand, consistent, and relevant to the market segments identified as growth opportunities.
  • Manages the budgeting, placement and tracking of outbound and digital media. Directs the credit union's inbound marketing and lead generation program.
