Job Summary

The Brand Protection Specialist - Europe is responsible for executing and supporting online brand protection and enforcement strategies across digital ecosystems.

This role focuses on operational delivery, investigations, and client support, ensuring effective identification and removal of counterfeit and infringing content across marketplaces, social media, domains, and other online channels.

The specialist collaborates with global teams (India, China, EU) and supports client programmes through data analysis, reporting, and enforcement execution, contributing to the overall success of brand protection initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Enforcement & Investigations

  • Identifyand assesstrademark, copyright, and counterfeit infringements across marketplaces, social media, websites, and domains
  • Execute takedowns, DMCA notices, and platform enforcement actions
  • Conduct digital investigations to uncover infringers, networks, and supply chains
  • Support domain enforcement actions including UDRP/ADR cases wherer equired

2. Programme Execution

  • Implement client-specific enforcement strategies and guidelines
  • Monitor enforcement pipelines and ensuretimely resolution of cases
  • Maintainhigh-quality execution aligned with KPIs and SLAs
  • Support continuous improvements in workflows and enforcement processes

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze enforcement data to identifytrends, emerging threats, and risks
  • Prepare regular reports (monthly/quarterly) with actionable insights
  • Translate data into clear recommendations for internal teams and clients

4. Client & Stakeholder Support

  • Support Manager/Client Leads in client communication and reporting deliverables
  • Act as a point of coordination between clients and global operations teams
  • Assisting strategy discussions byprovidingdata-backed insights and observations

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Legal, Enforcement, Product, and Technology teams
  • Coordinate with analyst teams across regions for consistent delivery
  • Support onboarding of new clients and programmes (data setup, workflows, enforcement guidelines)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, IP, Business, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in brand protection, IP law, online enforcement, or digital investigations
  • Experience in EU trademark frameworks, enforcement, or regulatory environments preferred

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Online marketplaces & social media enforcement
  • Trademark/IP infringement concepts
  • Domain abuse and takedown processes
  • Familiarity with:
  • EUIPO, WIPO, trademark databases
  • Enforcement tools and takedown platforms (Amazon, Meta, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and generate insights
