Overview

ROLE AT A GLANCE:ย The Project Manager I, NAM is responsible for managing creative asset development projects from project assignment through final delivery for the North America Creative Services team. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Events, Creative Services, Brand, Legal, and other cross-functional partners, this role develops project plans, manages timelines, facilitates communication, coordinates approvals, and drives projects to completion.

The Project Manager I serves as the central point of coordination throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned, deliverables stay on track, and project risks are identified and addressed early. This role is ideal for a project management professional who can independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment while maintaining a high level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:ย ย ย ย Manage assigned projects from project kickoff through final delivery and project closeout.ย ย ย ย Develop and maintain project schedules, workback plans, milestones, and key deliverables.ย ย ย ย Identify and work with stakeholders to outline missing information needed to successfully execute projects.ย ย ย ย Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.ย ย ย ย Coordinate creative reviews, stakeholder feedback, approvals, and project deliverables.ย ย ย ย Drive accountability to project timelines and commitments while proactively addressing risks and challenges.ย ย ย ย Identify project risks and escalate issues as needed with recommended solutions.ย ย ย ย Partner closely with Creative Services, Marketing, Sales, Events, Brand, Legal, Translation, and other internal teams to support successful project execution.ย ย ย ย Maintain accurate project information, documentation, timelines, approvals, and status updates within project management systems.ย ย ย ย Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume creative environment.ย ย ย ย Support larger project initiatives and special assignments as needed.ย ย ย ย Additional duties as assigned.

TEAM DYNAMICS: ย ย ย ย ย You will be part of a centralized Project Management team supporting Creative Services projects across the North America region.ย ย ย ย The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional, requiring exceptional organization, communication, and execution skills.ย ย ย ย Success in this role requires the ability to independently manage assigned projects while maintaining strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Events, and Creative Services teams.

LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:ย ย ย ย ย No direct reports.ย ย ย ย ย Leads project execution across cross-functional project teams.ย ย ย ย ย Facilitates collaboration, alignment, and accountability among project stakeholders and delivery teams.ย ย ย ย ย Does not manage people, resources, or project prioritization decisions.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS: (Skills, background, and experience required for success)

Educationย ย ย ย Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.

Experienceย ย ย ย Minimum 3 years of project management experience within Creative Services, creative operations, marketing, sales, agency, or related creative environments.ย ย ย ย ย Experience managing projects through the full creative asset development lifecycle from project assignment through final delivery.ย ย ย ย ย Experience partnering directly with creative teams and managing creative asset development workflows.ย ย ย ย ย Experience operating in high-volume, deadline-driven environments with multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.ย ย ย ย ย Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and managing project execution across diverse business partners.ย ย ย ย ย Experience supporting both routine and accelerated timeline projects.

Skills/Certificationsย ย ย ย Strong project management discipline with demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from initiation through completion.ย ย ย ย ย Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.ย ย ย ย ย Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.ย ย ย ย ย Ability to identify project risks, facilitate resolution discussions, and escalate appropriately when necessary.ย ย ย ย ย Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.ย ย ย ย ย Experience with project management platforms such as Workfront, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools.ย ย ย ย ย Adobe Workfront experience strongly preferred.ย ย ย ย ย Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, training, or coursework preferred.ย ย ย ย ย Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
