We are looking for a Brand Manager interested in starting a career with a top ranked and growing snack company, as part of our Marketing Department at PIM's Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey. This position will report to our Senior Marketing Director, Snacks.
Overview:
The Brand Manager will play a critical role in driving the continued growth and success of Welch's Fruit Snacks, America's leading fruit snacks brand. This role is responsible for helping develop and execute the brand's long-term growth strategy, leading portfolio architecture, and renovation initiatives, and delivering best-in-class marketing programs that strengthen brand equity and drive household penetration, consumption, and profitability.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital Commerce, and external agency partners, the Brand Manager will help steward one of the most iconic brands in the snacking category while identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth in a dynamic consumer landscape.
  • Manage convenience retailers and wholesalers and establish PIM as a first choice partner for fruit snacks, as well as leading player for confectionery brands
  • Serve as a key steward of the Welch's Fruit Snacks brand, helping drive brand strategy, equity development, and business performance.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitive activity, and business results to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development of annual brand plans, portfolio roadmaps, and marketing strategies that drive both topline growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation, renovation, packaging, and commercialization projects from concept through launch.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights to identify actionable learnings that strengthen consumer engagement, brand relevance, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Commerce team to maximize brand performance across eCommerce and omnichannel retail environments.
  • Work closely with Customer Marketing and Sales teams to develop compelling retailer programs, promotional strategies, and selling stories that drive distribution and consumption.
  • Track and evaluate business performance, marketing ROI, category trends, and competitive activity to continuously optimize brand plans.
  • Develop presentations and business recommendations for senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support key elements of annual budget management, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure efficient investment and strong business results.
  • Demonstrate accountability for delivering results while ensuring flawless execution across all initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4-6 years of progressive CPG brand management experience, preferably within food, snacks, beverages, or consumer packaged goods.
  • Proven experience managing established consumer brands, including strategic planning, marketing execution, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, innovation processes, and marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience utilizing syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Numerator, etc.) and consumer research to develop business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and evaluating business performance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a passion for building brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and lead with integrity.

Worksite:
  • The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey
  • The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Friday. Work remotely once per month on a Friday.
  • Summer Fridays between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend
