Job description

Darigold is seeking an experienced and motivated Brand Manager to develop and execute brand initiatives that drive growth and strengthen Darigold's position in the market. As a core member of the Marketing team, you will manage day-to-day brand operations, lead cross-functional projects and contribute to the long-term strategy for assigned portfolios.

Darigold's Marketing team is an enterprise-wide function responsible for brand management and performance marketing that supports profitable, sustainable growth. We design, develop and steward brands that lead dairy forward and deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is a motivated, analytically strong marketer with a proven track record of executing brand programs and a desire to grow into a strategic leadership role.

Darigold is the fifth largest dairy cooperative in the United States based on milk volume and one of the largest privately held organizations headquartered in the state of Washington. Since 1918, our producers have taken pride in producing dairy products with unsurpassed quality. Today, we are one of the nation's largest agricultural cooperatives, producing over 8.5 billion pounds of milk every year. What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans for assigned portfolios, including positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with Category and Insights team to synthesize consumer, category and competitive insights to identify opportunities and inform brand decisions.
  • Manage brand consistency across touchpoints, ensuring alignment of messaging, design and consumer experience.
  • Execute integrated marketing programs across paid, earned and owned channels, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Build an insight informed innovation pipeline, then support innovation projects by contributing to concept development, packaging and commercialization activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to build customer-facing materials and retail storytelling assets.
  • Work with and manage external agencies and vendors to deliver on-brand, on-budget campaigns.
  • Track and analyze brand and campaign performance, reporting key insights and recommending optimizations.
  • Manage brand budget for assigned portfolio, ensuring financial discipline and efficient use of resources.

 What You Will Bring:

  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing or related fields, preferably within CPG/FMCG.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results across cross-functional teams.
  • BA/BS required; MBA a plus, with academic background in marketing, business or related disciplines.
  • Solid strategic thinking and analytical skills, with working knowledge of marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, SWOT, etc.).
  • Experience with consumer insights and syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
