Job description

Description

Gresham, OR | Toyota | Trusted brand | Finance Manager | F&I | Portland metro | 2+ years experience | Veterans encouraged to apply | $80,000 - $150,000+/yr

IS THIS YOU?

You're a proven F&I manager who delivers strong PVR and penetration numbers without compromising the guest relationship

You're transparent, compliant, and take the trust a guest places in the finance office seriously

You're looking for a high-volume Toyota store in a growing market where your performance has real earning potential

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

At Gresham Toyota, the finance office is where the guest experience either comes together or falls apart. We've built a sales culture grounded in transparency and genuine care -- and we need a Finance Manager who carries that standard through every deal.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guide guests through financing, leasing, and protection product options with transparency, confidence, and genuine care

Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- coordinating with sales and lending partners to ensure smooth, compliant transactions

Present and sell F&I products -- including VSC, GAP, and maintenance -- through a disciplined menu-based process

Build and maintain strong lender relationships to deliver competitive financing options for every guest

Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer regulations on every deal, every time

Partner with sales leadership to capture 100% of finance transactions and deliver a seamless handoff experience

Maintain clean, accurate deal documentation and fund contracts within established timelines

Represent Gresham Toyota and our hospitality standard through every guest interaction in the finance office

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership -- Toyota or import brand experience a strong plus

Proven performance in PVR, VSC penetration, GAP penetration, and lender diversification

Deep knowledge of menu selling, deal structure, and compliance standards (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA)

Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred

Active state F&I license, or the ability to obtain one prior to start

Clear, trustworthy communicator -- Toyota guests value honesty and appreciate a finance experience that reflects it

A hospitality mindset -- you protect the guest's interests and the dealership's integrity in equal measure

WHAT WE OFFER

Income potential of $80,000 - $150,000+/yr

Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

Paid time off and paid holidays

Paid Toyota and F&I product training

Career growth -- strong Finance Managers at Swickard grow into F&I director and multi-store leadership roles

Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

A high-performing team culture built on standards, accountability, and genuine care for the guest

WHY GRESHAM TOYOTA

Toyota is one of the most trusted and in-demand brands in the country -- consistent volume and a loyal repeat guest base translate directly into steady deal flow and real earning potential

Gresham is a growing community in the Portland metro area -- guests here return because they trust the people who take care of them

Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

A store that runs with process, standards, and a hospitality-first culture -- so you can focus on producing at your best

Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- shape how we hire, how we lead, and how we serve every guest

Leadership that respects your expertise, supports your performance, and invests in your long-term growth

Gresham Toyota has the volume, the brand trust, and the sales culture to give a skilled Finance Manager consistent deal flow and a genuine opportunity to perform at their best. Toyota guests arrive informed and expect a finance experience that matches the reliability of the vehicle they just chose -- transparent, efficient, and genuinely respectful of their time.

If you're a proven Finance Manager ready to do the job right at a store that runs the right way -- we'd like to meet you. #T5
