Lead and develop the OPTIMA field sales organization and agency partners to deliver commercial growth objectives. Develop channel and route-to-market strategies that maximize revenue, margin, and market share growth. Create and lead growth plans for key customers and strategic partners while strengthening executive customer relationships. Lead e-commerce, Amazon, marketplace, and direct-to-consumer growth strategies. Drive specialty distributor and performance aftermarket growth across enthusiast, marine, powersports, and emerging channels. Establish commercial KPIs, sell-out visibility, and performance metrics to drive data-based decisions. Lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer activation plans.
