Job description

Citizens of the Internet is looking for a Brand Development Intern to join our creative team.

This is a hands-on opportunity to help grow a Houston-based creative studio by building relationships with local businesses, planning community events, and supporting real marketing campaigns.


Compensation: Unpaid internship (portfolio-building opportunity)

Location: Houston, TX

Commitment: 5โ€“8 hours/week, September through December


What You'll Do
  • Research local businesses, founders, and organizations that align with Citizens of the Internet.
  • Reach out to brands regarding sponsorships, collaborations, and partnership opportunities.
  • Assist with planning community events, photoshoots, and creative experiences.
  • Help organize outreach pipelines, contact lists, and follow-up communication.
  • Brainstorm creative ways brands can integrate into our campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with our creative team on campaign planning and execution.
